I am visiting from SD where DFM17 used to be launched. Now they are rare. Divided to grab an RS41 and got surprised with an ozone sonde. Great find hanging over power line at edge of road. RS was transmitting and pump running. Marked recovered and woke up this morning to find it marked not recovered 30 minutes after my report. Hope this fixes the report. Ozone unit to be returned to Howard University.
