Radiosonde 24078118 recovered by WJ2B

This was my 21st Upton DFM17 recovery! This one landed across Trustees Road on the West Meadow Preserve. Parachute was 15 feet up in a tree on one side of the road, DFM17 was 10 feet up in a tree on the other side of the road with the string hanging across the road with people walking underneath it! I was able to snag the string and pull it down with a broken tree branch. No one paid any attention to it! I had to walk 1/2 mile to get to it from the parking lot! Most walking I have had to do in a very long time for a recovery!
